Needs a lot of improvement

I tried to go make a texture pack for myself since Im getting a laptop in a few weeks and Im planning to play minecraft on it, so I buy the app go to create a texture pack and it doesnt let me zoom out... This actually made me pretty mad. And then I went and bought the paintings thinking meh I can survive without zoom (even though I uber dislike texture apps without zoom) and then it doesnt let me scroll all the way down the different paintings T_T so I can even edit most of the paintings, I cant tell what my blocks look like because I dont have zoom and to top it off whenever I go to edit something it crashes after a few minutes... Id either like a refund or for you to make an update fixing these issues.
